The item you wish to return for a refund must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, and you must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
⦁ In case an item does not match the description, the buyer may reach out to us via email or by using the "Contact Us" tab. In the event that a replacement is available, free return postage will be sent for you to send the item back to us, and we will also pay the shipping costs to send the replacement. If not, the buyer will be notified that a replacement item is not available and a refund will be issued once the item has been returned.
⦁ In the event that the order is fulfilled correctly and the item is in agreement with the description, the buyer will be required to return the item to the postal address that is noted on our "Contact Us" page for a refund to be issued. As a result, Inksbroker will not cover the buyer's return postage costs or any postage costs paid originally.
